While our draft statutes have been reviewed by the Judicial Vicar and submitted to the Bishop, we currently operate independently and await official canonical recognition from the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. This website is not an official publication of, nor sponsored by, the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. All testimonies, prayers, and materials shared here are intended solely to preserve and promote the holy legacy of Father Carroll.
